Table Profiles allow you to save a set of visible columns and their properties to a named profile that you can apply to other tables.

Column Management
All columns can be sorted, ordered and resized to suit. This can be done in the table and the Table Preference side bar.
To search for any column, go to Table preferences (1), start typing into the search bar (2) and hover over the column you would like to navigate to and click on the Focus Column button that appears (3) as shown below:

- Re-Sizing
- To resize columns, hover over the column header and drag the column handle to left or to the right.
- Pinning
- To pin a column, hover over the column header, click the hamburger button and select whether to pin the column to the left or right of the table.
- Hide/Show
- To hide or show columns, check or uncheck the checkboxes next to the columns in the Table Preferences side bar.
- Ordering
- To order the columns, click on the column header and drag it to the desired horizontal position.
- Sorting
- To sort by a given column by ascending and descending order, hover over the column header and click on it.
- To sort by a given column by ascending and descending order, hover over the column header and click on it.
Profile Creation
Profiles can be create for the files, sequences, and comparison tables. Profile remembers columns width, whether it was pinned, whether it's hidden or shown, column order and column sort. To create a new profile, (1) customise the tables to suit, (2) click Save As followed by (3) New profile and (4) enter a name in the dialog.
Note that profiles are only shared between tables of the same type. For example, a profile created for the Sequences table can be applied in all Sequences table but not the Files and Comparison tables.
Applying a Profile
Once a profile is created, you can apply this profile to the respective tables. To a preferred profile, click Apply Profile and select from your saved profiles.
Note that, applying a profile is similar to manually setting these columns yourself. Therefore, applying a profile is not setting the profile to be active throughout.
Saving changes to a Profile
Once a profile is applied, any changes to the profile will prompt a Save changes to profile response. To save changes to a profile, click Save changes to profile:
