From 8:33am until 10:10am PST on 25th February 2026, there was an unexpected outage impacting viewing and saving annotator results hosted in our US region.
You may have been affected if:
- Your organization uses the US region
Organizations that use the EU region were unaffected.
How might I have been affected?
- Any annotator jobs run during this time will have failed when saving results
- Viewing any existing Annotator results will have resulted in a "Failed to fetch results" error
The outage is now resolved and we apologise to anyone who has been affected.
