From 7.20pm on the 14th of April until 10.46pm on the 15th of April (PST), you may have experienced slowness when accessing Geneious Biologics if your organization is hosted on our European servers. This was due to an unforeseen issue when releasing an update to Geneious Biologics.
You might have been affected if:
- Your organization is based in Europe
- Your organization is based in the Asia-Pacific region
Organizations based in the United States were unlikely to be affected.
The following functions in Geneious Biologics would have been much slower than usual:
- Navigating around Geneious Biologics
- Loading and viewing documents or results
Note: Running jobs/analyses were not affected.
We have released a fix for this, and we apologise to anyone who has been affected.
