Yesterday on the 13th of November (PST), requests to reset passwords in Geneious Biologics may have been unsuccessful. This was due to an unforeseen change in our update to Geneious Biologics on the 12th of November.
A fix for this issue has been released, and resetting your password should now work as normal. We apologise to anyone who may have been affected.
