From 3pm till 6pm PST on the 24th of September, some jobs in Geneious Biologics may have been stuck in the queued status. We apologise to anyone who has been affected.
This occurred because one of the third party tools that we utilise as part of our job execution system, Docker Hub, was down: https://www.dockerstatus.com/
How may this have affected my analyses?
These are the possible issues you may have noticed in Geneious Biologics:
- Some jobs may have appeared to be stuck in the queued status
- Uploads may also have appeared to be stuck in the queued status
- When accessing existing results that are older than 1 year, the result may not have loaded properly
What are the next steps?
Docker Hub has restored their systems as of 6pm PST and so we expect jobs to automatically resume running. Please reach out to us if any of your uploads and/or jobs still appear to be stuck in the queue.
