From 9pm until 9.30pm on the 17th of July (GMT), you may have been unable to access Geneious Biologics if your organization is hosted on our European servers. This was due to an unexpected issue, and was resolved within 30 minutes.
You may have been affected if:
- Your organization is based in Europe
- Your organization is based in the Asia-Pacific region
Organizations that use the United States region service were unaffected.
How might I have been affected?
- If you were not logged in to Geneious Biologics, you would have been unable to login
- If you were already logged into Geneious Biologics, you would have been logged out upon opening any documents or navigating to different pages
- Any jobs/analyses that were already running should not be affected
The outage is now resolved and we apologise to anyone who has been affected.
