You may find that when accessing an older result, the graphs and tables will appear "empty" and you will be prompted to restore the result.
This article outlines 1. When results become archived in Geneious Biologics and 2. How to un-archive a result so that it can be viewed again.

When will results become archived and what does this mean?
All Biologics Annotation Result Documents (and Comparison Result documents) will be archived when they have not been accessed for a period of 1 year. This happens automatically in the background, and should not affect the performance of your jobs.
Archived results will look something like this when you go to open them:
- The All Sequences Table and any Cluster Tables will not be visible
- Sequences cannot be selected or viewed
- Some graphs will be viewable
- The Pipelines Report will be viewable
How can I view my archived result?
To unarchive the result, select one of the two options found where the Tables are usually present:
- The first option will restore the currently selected table only (e.g. All Sequences Table)
-
The second option will restore all of the tables, including cluster tables and codon usage tables
- We recommend only selecting this option if you are sure that this is the result you are after, as it can take significantly longer depending on the number of clusters on the result
Note that this will trigger a running Job - if you are planning to run new analysis jobs this may use up a part of your organizations quota for large jobs, depending on the size of the result.
How can I track the restoration of my result?
After selecting to restore your result table(s), a loading screen will be visible on the result itself:
You can also follow the progress of restoring the result in the Jobs Table where it will appear as an Indexing Result Tables Job:
When restoration is complete, you should not notice any differences in the results from before and all the standard graphs will be available. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns after restoring a result.
