While world events unfold outside our bubbles, the Geneious Biologics team has been hard at work finishing our new Collections feature, which is now available for everyone.
Searchable Collections
Collections are a way of saving curated lists of annotated antibody sequences, complete with assay data and other relevant sequence information. Collections can be searched against to find any sequences that are closely related to your selected query sequences. Our goal is to help answer the question, "Have I seen this sequence before?". You can read more about the full functionality in our article series HERE.
Collections is currently an "Early release" feature, and we hope to incorporate any feedback and requests in future versions.
We are also working on a number of other analytics features to improve alignments, clustering, and add more powerful ways of extracting candidate sequences from results. On the technology side of things, we are currently working on the first version of a public Upload API, which aims to enable automated upload of sequences into Geneious Biologics. As part of our focus on uploads, we are also making it easier to monitor the status of uploads, and resume them if they did not complete. Other features that are coming soon include the ability to cancel jobs, and sign in to Geneious Biologics using SSO and MFA.
